Most of the energy drinks you see advertised all the time as being good for you are loaded with sugar and so they actually hurt weight loss efforts. As a matter of fact, even all-natural fruit juices are jam-packed with sugar, so they even need to be kept to a minimum, but you can drink as much water as you can handle.
