I used to sweat and apply a red light would change because I felt so stuck and I thought I'd lose control. Driving a car is different now, very different. Looking back, does not even seem possible that someone used me. Life now is very simple and I feel good about myself, more confidence and pride instead of shame and youth. I take a trip and promise to say that the book across the country. I am visiting friends and going to getaway weekend with my family. I learned to enjoy driving again and really looking forward to peace and quiet of the trip. Transit, roads, bridges, being out of my comfort zone, "and the red lights are the things that I did not even notice anymore.

I do that? I'll be honest, it was difficult. What made it difficult and frustrating is that there were no resources available to me for help. There are plenty of books and programs for general or anxiety attacks, fear, but their methods did not work while driving or were a complete mess, full of ancient and effective advice that flat out did not work.
Through years of research, study, painful trial and error, I learned techniques and cutting-edge psychological strategies to reduce not only the fear of driving, but it is possible to totally eliminate.
