Why The Macbook Air Is Ideal For Air Travel

When Apple released the new Macbook Air in late 2010, they finally brought out a computer that is perfect for air travel. There has never been an Apple Mac computer that is more suitable to air travel than the latest models.

The most important thing about the latest Macbook Airs that Apple have brought out is their dimension. The smallest MacBook will fit very easily on the food table in all cabins. Unlike most laptops, it's incredible small. But unlike most Netbooks it is also incredibly powerful. You can do almost everything you'd want to be able to do on a full size Laptop, such as editing photos in Adobe's Illustrator program and Photoshop program, as part of their creative suite. You can also watch movies that you've downloaded or play one of many games that are available for the Mac such as The Sims 3. These sorts of activities will make flights from Phoenix to Orlando pass in the blink of an eye.

With a five hour long battery life you can also be sure that the laptop will not fail on you when you're only halfway through the flight. Five hours should be more than enough time, even on longer flights to keep you entertained when you aren't taking off, landing, or eating a meal. The in flight entertainment system will no doubt problem some interest, but for the rest of the time you'll have the MacBook. You could get work done on flights from Cincinnati to Honoluluor you could play chess on flights from Tampa to Dublin.

With a range of prices for the different sized models, there's a Macbook Air for everyone. And most of them come with similar hardware, so you just need to decide exactly which one is the right size for you!
