Vegetables also help your kids body to not dehydrate because children are active. 2.Eat Fruit. Fruits also are essential for the children that have got overweight problem. Fruit contains vitamin A, vitamin B and Vitamin D that help to build up strengthen bone for children. There are thousands of fruits that useful and goods for children such as banana, orange, apple, kiwi several more. You can make your children eat this by combine it with vegetables and make salad or your cut it into small pieces. 3.Drink plain water. Make sure that your children always drink 5 glasses of water. This will help their body not tired easily. Drinking plain water also can improve their metabolism. To offer a conclusion, children are critical to our life. They are the future leader for the country. We must always take care of them with our love and make sure thatwe provided them will the education and right guidance.
