Medigap insurance is the Medicare Supplemental Insurance Plan which bridges the gap of the coverage plan provided by original Medicare insurance plan. There are 12 different plans available against Medigap policy plan, marketed by different Medicare Supplement Insurance Companies. However, all the plans are not available in all states.
