And boy will you feel the workout the next day. Simply do 6 sprint drills (A Skips, B Skips, Heel to Bum, Running Backwards, Carioca, Straight Leg Shuffle) which you can learn how to do with a simple Google Search. Then follow that with 5 x 40 yard sprints. An added benefit is that high-intensity cardio such as sprinting has been shown to be an excellent way to burn fat.
