Rapid Fat Loss The 3 Most Important Things you can for Rapid Fat Loss

You may have heard a lot about the things you need to do for fat loss. Eat your protein, eat small, frequent meals, train with weights, etc. However, if you're trying to achieve rapid fat loss, you might to do things a bit differently. You're going to have to work hard, and this plan isn't for the long term, but it can deliver pretty fast results if you're committed.

1. Train every day

Normally, it's nice to put in one or two off days per week in your workout regimen, but for rapid fat loss, you want to do some type of training every single day. This isn't for the long term, but you can get away with it for a few weeks or a couple of months.

Firstly, you should take a walk every morning before you eat anything. Get up as early as is necessary and just take a 30-45 minute, brisk walk. Focus on the distance rather than the time, so that you don't allow yourself to slow down and take it too easy for those 30-45 minutes.

Also, you should try getting in either a weights or an interval training session every day. Interval training is sprinting alternated with walking for a total of 15-20 minutes, and your weights workout should focus on heavy lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses.

2. Eat Carbs Only at Certain Times

If you're simply going for slow, steady fat loss, you can probably eat a small portion of complex carbs with each of your 5-6 daily meals, but for rapid fat loss, keep these carbs in the morning (after your walk) and around your workout time. At all other times eat fats with no carbs, and of course, eat protein at every meal.

3. NEVER miss a Meal

If you're willing to put in this much training time, it is likely you are really dedicated to your fat loss goals. You need to be just as dedicated to your diet for rapid fat loss. This means that you need to never miss a meal and certainly never cheat by having junk food. This is mentally tough and probably not the best thing to do long term, but it will show in your results.

The one exception I would make to this rule would be important social occasions. Most of the time, you can forgo the junk food your friends and coworkers offer you and they'll understand, but even rapid fat loss isn't going to be hindered by some slight indulgences at a nice family gathering or outing with friends. Just don't let it happen more than once a week, and keep it moderate.
