Do you want and need to lose weight? Can you follow a three step fat loss plan? Read the rules. Find out if this plan is for you. It is an easy plan to remember and to follow. Do it and watch the weight fall off!

Here is the plan.

1. Stop hunger.

Stopping hunger is a must if you plan to lose weight. If you are hungry all the time, you cannot think of anything else. You will be eating all the time and you will never lose weight.

Stop the hunger. Eat protein rich foods. Protein rich foods fill you up and you stay full longer. Eat a protein bar, a protein drink, a boiled egg, or peanut butter on a piece of toast. Protein for breakfast is a great way to start the day. Protein gives you energy to start the day and will carry you through until lunch!

Eat foods rich in fiber and that does the same thing. Foods such as beans, nuts, apples, and peas are rich in fiber. They make you feel full and you stay full longer.

Carry an apple with you wherever you go. It takes time to eat it and even longer for the body to digest it. The calories in the apple are negated by the calories required by the body to digest it. In other words, your body burns more calories to digest an apple than the apple provides. This results in a calorie deficit which means weight loss for you!

2. Drink plenty of water.

Everyone tells us to drink more water. It is good for you. It will fill you up. It will keep you from being hungry. Drink water and lose more weight. If your body does not get enough water, it will store water and you will not lose as much weight. Drink at least 8 eight ounce glasses of water per day. You will feel better and lose weight faster.

Drinking the amount of water you are suppose to drink will keep your body from hoarding water.

Water boosts your metabolic rate, which helps you burn fat. The fat loss results in weight loss. Water purifies the body. It gets rid of the toxins in your body and helps you lose weight and feel better.

3. Exercise.

Do you hate exercise? Then do something fun to get the exercise you need. Remember the Hula Hoop? Remember how much fun it was when you were a kid to hula hoop? If you want a fun way to exercise, try hula hooping again.

Buy a Hula Hoop with weights, and start doing your fun exercise. Twirl it around and around for ten minutes per day. Can't last ten minutes? Do it in increments of however long you can twirl it. Keep a record of the times and make sure the minutes add up to ten minutes total for the day. Do it everyday and it will jump start your weight loss.
