What if there was a way to lose weight (or in fact do anything) just by changing your thoughts

Would you give it a try?

The only way to lose weight is going on a diet of negative thoughts

When we change our thoughts everything in our lives works

Our problem is that we look at things round the wrong way

We put out there' that we don't want to be fat anymore and the way the Universe works is that whatever you think about, whatever you put out there you get back in spades'.

Think how many times you've thought you didn't like something maybe your job, or where you live, or your relationship, or yes your weight. Then you start thinking about it, and thinking about it, and before you know it the whole situation has got worse.

So what about if instead of having negative thoughts about your weight, your job, your lack of money you took those thoughts and changed them around.

Instead of saying I hate my body how about saying I love my body

Instead of saying I hate my job say I now get a wonderful new job

Instead of saying I don't want to live here say I now find the perfect living space.

Think about how many times you go over a particular thought of say I hate my weight or I wish I wasn't fat ; try going over and over in your mind I am slender, I am at the perfect weight for me.

Sure I know to begin with its going to be very hard, difficult and won't ring true. But if you keep repeating it over and over and over the way you do with any worry you will be surprised at how quickly you will change. The weight will drop off because you will find that when you say things like I am slender, I am the perfect weight, I have a healthy happy body you subconscious will take this in and you'll find you're eating the right' foods and you're exercising more and you have more energy and you're feeling better about yourself and it's almost like small miracles are happening every day around you and in you. And you'll suddenly wake up one day and think well look at how I've changed over the past months and you'll realise that your body is slimmer and lighter and you feel so much better .
