Diet is always a test for the organism. What to do if during dieting you feel some negative changes or having any health problems?
Here is the list of possible diet problems you might have, symptoms, reasons and advises "what to do".
1. Gastrointestinal and Liver Problems
Symptoms: constipation, diarrhoea, heavy feeling in your stomach, gases
Reasons: unbalanced nutrition
What to do: Do not suffer hunger. Eat little portions every 2-3 hours, drink more liquid (2,5 -3 litres/day).
Drink herbal tea. Mint enhances the production of bile ferments, which means that food digestion will go faster. Camomile neutralise gases and normalise the bowels' work.
Remember, that protein diets don't suit for people, who have problems with kidneys, digestion and podagra. Also it's not recommended for old and very fat people, because protein increases the blood clotting, which increases the risk of thrombus (clot of blood) formation.
Reasons: weak immune system. The most common diet problem .
What to do: Take a vitamin complex. Eat citruses (vitamin C is excellent immunomodulator). Almond is very good for the snack during the day (5-7 a day is just perfect). Drink Granada juice (add water, the best quantity is 500ml/day). It works well for haemoglobin and doesn't pack with calories. It contains a lot of iron and glucose. If you have problems with the sleep take a warm bath with relaxing spa extracts before the bed-time.
3. Problems with nails and hair
Symptoms: peeling of the skin, hair loss, brittle and yellow nails
Reasons: too hard diets, deficit of vitamins in the organism
What to do: Take special women's tabs' complex (it contains all necessary vitamins). Treat your nails and hair with a warm olive oil masks (put on one hour before the bath). Do it minimum 1 time per week.
4. Headache
Symptoms: giddiness, eye-pain, feeling sick
Reasons: reasons might be very different. Do the treatment only after the diagnose.
What to do: If you have low blood pressure, so the headache are because of the blood pressure is going down. In this case a cup of sweet black tea is nothing better. If you feel the temple ache, take a rest (nap). Also it might be air hunger. Try to spend more time outside, walk more.
The advice can be the only one - be more attentive choosing a diet, to don't have any of these diet problems at the end. Diet is not always a limit, it might be just different complex of food, rearranging of your regime. Even when you are trying to fit whatever jeans/dress/swimsuit, your organism still needs healthy nutrition and vitamins.
