Anyoption, the Online Binary Option Trading

Anyoption, the Online Binary Option Trading

Trading means the buying and selling of financial instruments such as stock, bonds, commodities and derivatives. A trader is one who does all these things. A broker, meanwhile, simply fills buy or sell orders and they are merely executing instructions that are given them. Traders are either professionals working in a financial institutions or a corporation, or individual investors or day trader. They buy and sell financial instruments traded in the different markets i.e. stock markets, comprising the different exchanges i.e. stock exchange.

Online trading uses the binary options trading platform. This is where investors can make high profits by trading options on some popular markets. It offers the highest return and guarantees the investor's account safety. This makes for an easy earning. How do you trade in the binary options? It's very easy. First you have to choose an asset and expiry time. Select the call option if you think that the price will be above the current level at the expiry time. Select the put option if you think that the price will be below the current level at the expiry time. Enter the amount of money that you will invest in your binary option. This promises you a 65-71% profit if your prediction is correct. From an Anyoption review, it seems that there is nothing wrong with this scheme. It is just like any betting game where you win some, you lose some. The downside of this online binary option is that there is expiration in your binary option.

Some people complain of this Anyoption scam. One of these complaints center on the "One Touch Option", a binary option that allows you to make 380% return on your money every weekend. Option description (general): If the price of the underlying asset reaches the predetermined level at any time between the date of the purchase of the option and its expiration date, the client becomes eligible to receive the promised payout at the time of the expiration. It is emphasized that in order for the client to receive the payout, the price of the underlying asset needs to reach or surpass the predetermined level only once during the lifetime of the option," as quoted by their website. From the premise alone that you will be receiving a 380% return of your investment, you should have known it is a scam. This is just too good to be true.

Anyoption, itself, is not a scam since it is a form of binary option trading. This is a prediction market where binary options are used to find out the population's best estimate of an event occurring. Just like in any gambling, this is a game of chance where there are only two possibilities: you win or you lose. However, individual investors should be advised to avoid such instruments as they generally involved marketing speculation or betting whether an asset will go up or down in a short period of time.

The Anyoption fraud if ever there is a thing should be reported. The best way to avoid this though is to invest your money in an asset class that will appreciate over a long period of time like corporate bonds.
