Fibers are rich sources of nutrients and it also has a great and significant effect on weight loss because it has identifiable properties that can lower the blood cholesterol in the system. Meanwhile, it can also help in weight management by assisting in healthy and regular digestion, and helping stomach to become full longer so that less food cravings will take place. Many studies and research have also lauded the effect of fiber in our system.
