Wedding rain when diamonds became popular in 15th century so did metal wedding rings. Somehow the jewelers of today managed to combine these two. In addition, diamonds symbolizes strong commitment especially for newlyweds.

Bridesmaid dress long ago it is always a tradition that the bride and bridesmaid wore exactly the same dress to confuse those evil spirits who are planning to destroy the couples happiness. As time progresses, this tradition have been changed. Although all bridesmaids get to wear identical dresses, the bride gets to wear a different outfit that makes her standout.

The honeymoon this term originated in Ireland. During the ancient times, when Irish people marry, their parents supply the newlyweds with mead, a fermented honey. This honey has to last till the next whole cycle of the moon so as to give the couple a son the next year. This is why honeymoon is called honeymoon.
