One of the diseases that threaten a baby's health and well being is Eczema. Eczema in a baby is sometimes referred to as Infantile Eczema. it causes various symptoms which cause discomfort around the skin.

Those symptoms and discomforts include experiencing rashes and a dry skin, lesions, itchiness and blisters, as well as ear discharges and sometimes even bleeding.

To know if your baby's health has a chance of getting affected by this disease you can check your family tree for signs of the illness.

Once you see these symptoms or part of them you need to consult a doctor which will do a biopsy on your baby, to check if it has Eczema. This type of disease will cause unrest in your baby and it will affect his or her daily routine, and with it YOUR daily routine, so this disease should be treated as soon as possible. The comfort of your baby is an important thing for your newborn baby care.

Other more severe symptoms to look out for include pain, redness and fevers. When those occur in a baby you need to go to a doctor at once, in order to take care of your baby's health. But you can treat the disease with some level of success until you have a doctor's appointment. If your baby suffers from dry and scaly skin and/or lesions, you can use less soap and keep showers brief. Lubricating cream can be used on the lesions, and you might also keep your baby's room at a medium temperature - not too hot, so he or she won't lose moisture.
