One24 was formed in August of 2010 by Mark Fletcher, a pioneer of direct marketing, whose success goes way back to 1975 when he became involved with a company that was selling milk shake drinks as an alternative to meals in a weight loss program. The product that One24 is selling is a health drink called Nataburst that provides numerous health benefits. This drink is at the forefront of One24's campaign to offer its members "security, freedom and prosperity".
The compensation plan in called an Incentivized Referral Plan (IRP) and basically consists of building a waiting list and allowing one person to join One24 per month over a period of 24 months. It is not a get rich scheme but more of a slow building income stream. The concept with this particular scheme is that no one loses money and there is no real pressure to sell or have to face rejection. It is a closed system of marketing with people being placed on a waiting list until such time as a place becomes available. In fact the opportunity to sell is taken away since all interested parties have to join the waiting list. The time scale and the simplicity of the plan is almost unheard of in today's cut throat marketing plans. To join One24 when a slot becomes available, a person has to place a $60 order and then there is an ongoing $60 fee per month. Each person who joins is placed in one vertical line. There are 4 streams of income, namely green, silver, gold and platinum.
So the bottom line is can money be made from this scheme? As with any multi level marketing plan it benefits if you can get in early on, so now it definitely a good time to join. It is well suited to people who don't have the confidence or know how to sell products but are comfortable recommending a person to take a look at their website and then placing them on a waiting list, until their turn comes up to join. The compensation plan looks very lucrative and One24 state that they will pay out 50% of profits which is significantly higher than most MLM companies. Also any company is only as good as their leader and Mark Fletcher certainly has the experience to keep the company afloat for the long term.
