Norma Jean recorded a total of 13 songs and three interludes during the Meridional sessions. The band planned on using ten songs for the album, and release the rest as B-sides for "other things down the road." The previously released demo song "Kill More Presidents" was re-recorded with a new ending and will be officially released at some point. The title of another one of the Meridional B-sides, "Distance to Planets," was revealed in a studio blog post.

The new album truely has taken the band to another level, whilst fans would argue that they have done so in the past, it looks like they have stepped it up once again with this amazing release. The boys from Norma Jean are backatit againand have produced an amazing album so ensure that you get this, and catch them when they start touring in the next few weeks!
