Excellent Performance Delivered By Used Digger Derrick Trucks.

If you want to buy Digger Derrick trucks, you can choose between two options. You can either go for new ones or opt for a used truck. The used Digger Derrick trucks are refurbished to have a new look and to enhance their performance just as though they were new. The trucks go through a seven step process and by the time they are released for purchasing, they are as spotless as the new ones. The performance of the refurbished trucks cannot be distinguished much from the new ones and that is an advantage that the customers with low budget can enjoy. When the used trucks are bought by any dealer they are thoroughly inspected and reconditioned for a resale. The results of the examination become a guide for which the bay team uses to refurbish them. The lights are removed together with the grills and other parts as the trucks are prepared for painting and refinishing.

The process of repairing Used Digger Derrick trucks is done with the same seriousness as that of making the new one. The only major difference is that the new ones are not yet been used and all their parts are spotlessly new. The used digger derricks are then marinated in degreaser and allowed to soak in order to help make the dirt and the grime loose. After the dirt loosens, the truck is then washed using power washing machine which is a very important step in the reconditioning procedure. This thorough power wash will get rid of the dirt as well as the degreaser and the body of the truck will glitter in newness. The washing is then followed by sandblasting of the wheels, back tail shaft, fuel reservoir, frames and the interior of the utility body before its taken to the body bay. Every indentation will have to be pulled and any metal that has a problem substituted. Once this has been done, it is taken through the process of coating using gray Two-K urethane before it can be painted. The first coat that is used for the I-80 equipment has a remarkable oxidization resistance and flexibility. There are two coatings that are done in order to obtain immaculate finishing.

The used Digger Derricks are the re-assembled in the bay with all mal-factional parts being replaced and the finished paint is glossed out and then waxed using hand glaze. Once this has been done, the truck is then taken to the mechanical bay where the truck is inspected using a seventy seven mechanical examination and a hundred and seventy seven boom examination. There is the use of dielectric testing, cylinder machine and a four point alignment machine to make sure that all the used Digger Derrick trucks meet all the inspection requirements by the federal and DOT agencies. By the time these procedures are done, the Digger Derrick trucks are immaculate and ready for the road again.
