We can seriously mess up our metabolism and it's possible that we could become very ill. So the moral of the story is don't try to lose a lot of weight in a very short amount of time.

Losing fifty pounds in two months is doable if you stick to the program. We gain weight because we don't eat the right foods. If we start to eat nutritious foods such as fruits, vegetables, fiber and nuts in controlled portions we will lose weight.
