This is because if you have the habit of beginning a new diet plan each week, you will end up getting frustrated as you will not be able to see the results of each. However, be sure to steer clear of all diet plans which promise you that you will be able to eat anything you want, whenever you want. Even a 5 year old can tell you that that is a lie. Most importantly, remember that losing weight in moderation will lead to longer lasting results than losing too much weight all of a sudden.
