Discover The 3 Almost Magical Secrets That One Man Used To Drop 20 Pounds In Less Than 90 Days

Men and women all over the country are losing unbelievable amounts of fat with cutting edge martial arts programs. This is especially true in Virginia in the cities of Fredericksburg, Stafford, and Spotsylvania. Many adults used to consider the martial arts as a "children's" activity. Recently, the huge uprising of Mixed Martial Arts sparked by the Ultimate Fighting Championship has brought many adults into the martial arts. Fact is, martial arts training can be incredible for fat loss. The crazy thing about it is; it's not that difficult! I have one adult student at my school that lost an incredible twenty pounds in the first ninety days. His results are definitely not typical. But they aren't unachievable either! Another adult student actually approached me today to tell me he's dropped seventeen pounds over the past year. After talking with both of them, it hit me. There were three things they told both said that summed up how they did it.

- A "New" Kind of Motivation To Exercise This is ironic to say but; they weren't exercising for fat loss. Yes, fat loss was a goal but it wasn't why they came to class. They came to class because they truly enjoyed it and were vigorously trying to perfect their techniques. How much easier would it be to exercise if you truly enjoyed doing it? Martial arts can be fun, exciting, and very challenging.

- A Progressively Harder Routine We've all heard the phrase "No pain, no gain". Well there is some truth to that phrase as long as you don't take it literally. What that phrase basically means is that if you don't progressively challenge yourself then you won't make any gains. Well the great thing about martial arts is that the further you advance, the more challenging and difficult it becomes. As you climb the ladder to black belt your physical fitness levels will go up not just because you're exercising but because your workouts are getting progressively harder. It's easy to fall into a rut without any outside influence. On the opposite end of the spectrum, with an entire room full of classmates and an instructor cheering you on you'll probably never get into a rut. Martial arts will gradually challenge your body to become stronger and more flexible.

- A "Real" Goal It happens every January. Many people join new gyms for the sole purpose to lose weight and quit within three weeks. Why? From conversations with people it's usually because they get bored with the goal. My martial arts students do the opposite. They set the goal of black belt and do everything needed to get there. Since they are constantly challenging their bodies the weight comes off easily. It may seem like a strange concept but I guarantee if you do a few weeks of martial arts classes you'll understand why.

I hope this article has either motivated you to check out martial arts, or inspired you to train harder. Later on in this article I'm going to give you a link where you can actually go watch a video of one of my students about his experience. If you happen to live in the Fredericksburg, Stafford, or Spotsylvania areas in VA then I strongly urge you to check out my martial arts program. I'm so convinced you'll love it that I will actually pay for you to come try it yourself. If you'd like more information about this or to watch a video about my student's incredible success go to www.masterdannys.com.
