Eat to Lose Weight in Less Time

How many of you out there have struggled with weight loss? I know there are plenty of people that do. I'm not talking about the people who find a diet that sounds appealing, tries it for a short period, and then gives up as soon as they fail to see any results. I'm talking about the people who have struggled with their weight for a long time, have made "real" efforts to shed the extra pounds, yet continue to see little to no results or anything worth bragging about.

I am a first account witness of this scenario. I had to witness my mom struggle to lose weight for a long time. I am 25 years old and for the majority of my life my mom has been overweight. For most of that time my mom was always aware of her issues concerning weight, but failed to make any real effort to change her eating habits. She would start a diet and become super excited and motivated only to leave me to catch her cheating on her diet within a few weeks time.

One day I finally decided to approach my mom and tell her that I was worried about her. I just wanted her to be healthy. I told her that I wanted to help her do just that and that I was willing to do it along with her. My approaching her really hit home and she agreed. We jumpstarted a workout routine and began to establish a healthier eating pattern. For two years from that point my mom was dedicated to losing weight. 6 days a week she would be at the gym completing her cardio and weight lifting routine. I was convinced that she was really taking it serious this time and was finally making a real effort to achieve the weight loss she desired.

I was really happy to see that my mom had become so committed to her weight loss and overall health, but I began to become discouraged for her when after two years of a real solid effort to lose weight she had lost only 13 pounds. Sure, after two years my mom was a happier and healthier person, but she didn't have the weight loss to prove it. At this point I knew that she was going to have to take a real hard look at her diet plan.

She had built a very solid foundation for herself, but needed to incorporate a different diet plan that was easy to manage and keep track of, but also contributed to an overall healthy lifestyle. It was at this time that I discovered a program that has changed my mom's life. I told her what if there was a diet that allowed you to eat your way thin in less time than a normal diet. I told her I had found it and it is called cheat your way thin. It has led my mom to the fat loss results she has desired for years now. All I have to really say about it is it really simplifies the whole process of dieting and if it worked for my mom I don't see why it can't work for anyone.
