In cases where you know that they are thinking about or researching the plan, a good idea can bebuying the products individuallyto give them just enough to sample to see if they like the food. An example would be a case of shakes or a few boxes of the protein bars.
But, I could see people getting in trouble if the recipient was a your girlfriend or someone that you have just begun dating who has not mentioned this diet to you. In that case, you may offend them because they haven't specifically expressed their interest, and they could misinterpretyour implying something that they haven't opened up on their own.
