You need multiple photos to illustrate your process. The photos can do a lot to help with your inspiration and motivation levels. It's easier to stick to a program if you can see the results as they occur. Sometimes what we see in the mirror is not enough. We need a photo to compare ourselves to in order to really see how much work we have done and the success that we have had. Always remember that you won't have any success with your diet if you don't pair it with a workout. Even if you cut your diet down drastically to a few hundred calories (not a recommendation by any means) you won't lose weight if you don't exercise as well. Even if the hardest thing you do is going for a walk each afternoon, you'll have more success with your weight loss. It build your energy which helps you burn calories, tone your muscles and keep your plan focused.

Find something to distract you during your workout. Listen to some music or position your treadmill in front of a television set. When you're on the stationary bike read a book! When you distract yourself you don't have to focus so heavily on how hard the work your body is doing is. If you have something else to think about you will have an easier time of working out. You don't have to worry about getting bored if you are distracted. If you get bored while you are working out you are less likely to keep moving and you won't have the weight loss results that you were hoping for.

Lots of people worry about losing weight. Almost every person can point to a couple of pounds of weight they want to lose. Losing weight is perfectly fine as long as you have a healthy approach to the process. One of the best ways to ensure that you will never reach your weight loss goals is to try to lose pounds in an unhealthy way.
