After sleeping the whole night, a new day awaits you. Starting with a great morning can help you to spend entire day happily and gain more from it. Generally all of us start our morning with a daily routine.

A good morning can become a better morning with some of these ways. First you should try to wake up early in the morning and enjoy the peace and calm of early morning. Open your windows and let the fresh air come inside your home. Waking up early morning will make you feel energetic and fresh. Brush your teeth and drink a glass or two of water to feel fresh. Do some exercises to maintain your body. You can even do yoga and meditation to feel relaxed. Or you can go for a morning walk as it is beneficial for your health.

Take your bath to feel clean and fresh at the earliest. Use warm water as it helps you to feel fresher. Eat a healthy breakfast. Add wholesome and nutritious food in your breakfast. You can also drink a cup of tea, coffee or milk with your breakfast. Never ignore your breakfast. It is most important because it will give you strength and energy to spend your whole day. Listen to some great music while performing your chores. Or you can read a newspaper or some other books which help you to develop your mind. Offer prayers to God for a few minutes. Make a list of your work for the day. Give some time to your looks. Relax for some time and get ready for your school or office. Keep a cute smile on your face throughout the day.

This way you can start your morning in a wonderful way. At the end of the day, think for some time about what good or bad things you have done today. And before you go to sleep, prepare in advance for another day to avoid stress.
