Okay, so the first thing you must start doing is watching what you eat. I know you've heard it all before and what I have to tell you isn't exactly groundbreaking - but it works. You need to consume at most 10 calories per pound of yourbody weight and you need to start doing that right away. If you continue to eat even a standard amount of calories your body will remain how it is regardless of almost anything you try.
You also need to eat a diet which is rich in fat burning foods like Okra and plenty of fruit and veg. By eating those kinds of foods you'll be able to eat all day and you won't be consuming many calories at all. I mean, did you know the celery has almost 0 calories in it? Plus, I've read that these types of foods have fat burning qualities. I don't know quite how it works but as soon as I started eating these kinds of foods my fat started to fall off so that's good enough for me.
The second factor which was the driving force behind my weight lose, was that I started doing a lot of cardio training. And I wasn't doing the standard stuff like where you run of a treadmill for 4 hours and you managed to burn all of 9 calories. I was doing (and am still doing) high intensity cardio where I would push myself as hard as I possibly could but just for a short period of time.
I also think that it's important to do a little weight training too. Now if your a woman reading this you should just do light weights and go for more repetitions. What this will do is turn your fat into muscle tone which makes the whole process of losing fat and getting a fitter healthier body far easier.
If your a man and your interested in building some muscle then you want to lift heavy weights and maybe do 5 repetitions. That will convert your fat into muscle mass and you can really get into great shape by using that method.
The most important thing though, is that you must make a start. It's no good designing a diet plan and workout routine if your never going to do it. It's about just taking that first step and your other foot will follow until you reach your goal.
