To Stop Putting on Weight You Need to follow in the Footsteps of Someone Who Has Been There Before

I admit I am a little bulky. A little over weight for a former college basketball player. At the moment I don't have that envy arising 6 pack ab. But one thing I want to tell you, I am not that gigantic mountain anymore as I was a year back!

I am 32 and a motor mechanic. I own a garage and I work hard for my business. Still, I was putting on weight alarmingly. I was becoming bigger and bigger. At my height, I was looking like a moving mountain.

Not that I mind being a gigantic and looking like mountain. But it was hurting me. It was hurting my work and it was hurting my business. Working under a car having so much difficulty moving a little of my body! I could not stop praying in agony, oh God; I wish I could be a bit slender! I wish I could become as I was at high school!

But how in the first place I became so over weighted? I have no shame to admit that I like to eat and eat a lot. I like to eat all that stuffs I like when I am hungry. I like to eat all that stuff I like when I am not hungry. And I failed to stop eating the stuffs of my liking, skip meals and those short of thing.

I checked for solutions and I got a lot. Like skipping meals, diet, expedite metabolism and workout type of things most of that I dislike except one. I had a clear cut idea of the reason of my problem. As long as I was on basketball my eating habit failed to take toll on me. Still I work hard but not hard enough to metabolize the entire intake I make. Only solution was to speed up my metabolism process. I came to shape only I got one that speeds my metabolism.
