The blood type diet is a diet determined by blood type. It is advocated by Peter D'Adamo who wrote a book entitled Eat Right 4 Your Type. It is recommended to eat vegetables, seafood, tofu, grains, fruit, beans, and legumes. Avoid eating meat, dairy products, lima beans, kidney beans, and wheat. You should eat soy foods, vegetables, pineapple, and vegetable oil.

3. Blood type B diet profile is balanced omnivore. You are allowed to eat dairy products, beans, grains, legumes, fruit, vegetables, and meat (but not chicken meat). The foods that need to be avoided are peanuts, corn, lentil, sesame, buckwheat, seeds, and wheat. You are very recommended to eat eggs, venison, licorice, tea, greens, and liver.

4. Blood type AB is the mixture between A and B types. You are allowed to eat seafood, meat, tofu, dairy, legumes, and beans. The foods that you have to avoid are kidney beans, red meat, seeds, lima beans, buckwheat, and corn. You should eat dairy, tofu, seafood, kelp, greens, and pineapple to loss weight.
