That one item is about 50% of the calorie intake needed for a day. It has a large amount of fat and "meat". Chemicals to preserve, chemicals to enhance flavor, chemicals to improve color and smell. News Flash, chemicals are bad for you. Your body doesn't want them or need them. They are toxic. Anything I can't pronounce won't go into my belly!!

Back to our question: How do I lose Fat Fast? It is a very simple mathematical formula. If you eat more calories than you use the body makes the balance into FAT. So the best way to lose weight fast is to do two things:

1) Eat less calories. Notice I said eat less Calories not eat less.

2) Use more calories than you eat. Notice I didn't say Exercise.

The best thing is to determine a balance between the two. Generate calories by eating goods like fruits, fresh vegetables and healthy well balanced meals. Consume calories by walking, running, bike riding, PLAYING, not necessarily by boring exercises or weight lifting..
