Study on diet with low carb put people in a regime in which, they have to consume 20 grams and less carbs per day - this is the equivalent of an apple or a slice of bread.

The body of a man who eats 20 grams of carbohydrates per day encountered problems with obtaining enough carbohydrates to produce glucose from which the brain has an absolute need to work properly.
