When it comes to food, we all take pleasure in mouthwatering and delicious dishes and meals. Many people are putting more and more food depots in this day and age due to the ever-increasing demand for a new taste and a new place where people can enjoy dining experiences. More often than not, when food is served artistically at the table, it creates an inviting atmosphere and people love that.Sometimes it doesn't matter what the food will do to us. Whether it will cause heartburn or not. After all the foods that are usually in the heartburn food lists are so irresistible. On the other hand, if you love yourself, you need to avoid high cholesterol and fatty foods because it is detrimental to our health. Fact is, not everything is as good as they seem to be.

Many people fail to keep a proper balanced diet nowadays due to a lot of factors which typically includes stress and busy lifestyle. Since most of us are always on the go, we tend to patronize fast food restaurants because they are cheap and from the name itself they provide quick service meals. As a consequence of poor dietary lifestyle, the people's health is the one suffering from all sorts of diseases and medical conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and heartburn.Another concern that greatly affects our mood to cook is stress. Stress can ruin not only our desire to cook but our appetite as well. There is really a big difference from the home cooked-meals and the fast foods meals because when we cook every ingredients passes to our hands and our own awareness while on the other hand, what they offer in fast foods are generally instant. That's why they're fast.

A number of indigestion and acidity problems are rooted to poor nutritional habits and lifestyles. Foods that causes indigestion especially heartburns are, fatty meats, pizzas, fries, spicy foods and dairy products. There are still a lot of heartburn foods but one truth that stands out is that these are all a high cholesterol diet. Carbonated drinks are also dreadfully included in the list, so if you're an avid cola drinker, chances are you might be at risk for heartburn or perhaps you have already encountered it many times. Although it may give you a feeling of a heart attack, it is interesting to know that it's not a cardiac problem but purely of digestive origin.

Having said that, it is of equal benefit to know what to eat rather than thriving only to what is there to avoid. Anti heartburn foods include green leafy vegetables (except tomato), chicken and turkey, grapes, apples, melons, pears, raisins, oat meal, fish and other non dairy products, etc. Alcohol should also be avoided along with caffeinated beverages. Drinking milk is good, but to avoid triggering an acid reflux, skimmed milk is preferably taken in moderation. Make it a habit to eat light and try to avoid eating too much.
