Losing The Weight
Losing The Weight

Brace yourself people it's time for you to lose the weight in general and basic techniques. It doesn't matter how much or how big, just exercise in a way that is comfortable for you. I have over weight friends and I try to instruct them to lift weights. Start with small weights and work your way up. For Example, start with 5-10lbs and work your way up to atleast 30lbs. The weight lifting will tone you as you workout. The weight will disappear and you'll also be toned up in those areas of interest. I do squats with a long bar behind my head with about 25lbs and that's my limit. You need muscle tone to feel satisfied, therefore your body won't be flabby. The weights tighten the areas as you lose the weight. Jumping a rope is also a good way, but the weights are the key. You're not going to be muscular as long as you stop and continue at a certain weight. For Example, I started with 10lbs. and I am staying between 25-30lbs. Consistency is the key, as if it were a prescription. Build yourself a schedule and stand by it through thick and thin. It's not about working hard; just consistency in your days and times for atleast 3 months. Walk or run, but don't knock yourself out. Losing weight shouldn't be too much of a hassle, it's all about comfort, too. Believe me you will look fine. You don't need a day to day planner, keep it simple for your sake. Enjoy yourself. When you exercise keep count and repeat atleast 2-3 times that day. Don't be too serious about sweating hard or falling out at the end of the day, that kills you and no results. Take your time, pace yourself and stay consistent throughout the week. If you miss a week you have missed a week. No make-up's, continue... Think of it as a relaxing mode for you and yourself. Eat whatever but not all of... This ain't your first rodeo, trust me because I am 6'0 tall, 40 years old; weighing 157lbs. Whatever you do in your past time do it to the fullest. I mean if you club alot, then you need to dance the night away. Weigh yourself 5 weeks after you begin. Do you count every penny one by one when you get paid? That's what I thought, so don't run to the scale looking for 1lb. to be lost. That's not sain. Live your life and stop worrying and do it with ease. I know that some of you are saying, "She's skinny." Because I don't worry about problems I solve them. Trust me guys and girls this is the best way to stay fit. Whenever you lose the weight lighten your reps to keep you firm and gradually stop, but always keep exercising until you age or marry. The agenda that you are seeking will be there. Look at yourself in about six weeks and hey a new you!!! Get started and take your time. You have tried and tried to lose weight while breaking yourself down, no, there's no need for that. Good Luck.
