Why Diets Will Not Work - The 10 Most Common Mistakes

I could not get that unwanted weight off after having my third child. I hated diets, I tried various products and programs but nothing worked. What I did not realize was that I was eating the wrong types of foods for my body type. Did you know that every individual including you has your own Metabolic Type? There are three Types: Protein, Carbohydrates and Mixed. If you do not know what type you are, then you will never get the weight off. You only need to answer a few questions to work out your type. That is the hard bit, once you know, it is easy. It took me hours of my time to research what was the right way and it is so easy.

I then cleared my mind, worked out where I wanted to be and then looked at my meals. What I am eating, what should I be eating, it is not complicated and it does not take up any time at all. I worked out that I really just had to follow my Metabolic Type and eat the right types of foods and mix the right types of foods to get my body to be a fat burning machine. Two of the simplest things that we all forget are to drink lots of water and to remember that you cannot possibly cut out everything all at once, like: coffee, sugar, alcohol, cakes. Take your time, slowly reduce some of the addictive and processed foods, after a while you do not even notice.

Here are the 10 Most Common Mistakes

Sugar -- The main one is the Corn Sweetener, Corn Syrup and Corn Syrup Solids

Artificial Sweeteners

Processed Foods

Carbohydrates have been falsely accused

Training like a Sumo Wrestler

Starving

Being Scammed by the "Health Foods"

Avoiding Fat like the Plague -- You need some types of "Good Fat"

Ignoring your muscles need for fuel

Believing that Diets are the only way to loose weight

What I now realize it that I love food, I eat great yummy food and I look and feel great. Following your individual body needs is easier than you think.
