4.Drink more water

5.Reduce the intake of alcohol

Any alcohol drink wine, brandy, beer will cause good amount of bloating in the body. One gram of alcohol contains about seven calories, this is almost like drinking fat. So reduce intake of alcohol if you want to remove fat from your cheeks.

6.Do some regular exercises for cheeks

Suck in your cheeks and hold them while for 8 seconds. Relax and Repeat at least ten times. Another exercise for your cheeks is simply to smile as wide as you can closing your lips closed. This will reduce fat from your cheeks and will also help in your quest on how to lose weight on face.

7.Go for regular weight training

You have to do regular weight training as it increases lean muscle tissue. With more muscle packed your body will automatically help in burning fat. y regular weight training you will definitely lose weight as well as fat from the face and look lean because water under your skin is reduced.
