What's a fast weight loss diet? It's any diet that provides dieters with the opportunity to lose weight in a short amount of time. And he's on Day 10 of the homeopathic HCG diet.
Average daily weight loss for dieters on the homeopathic HCG diet is 1 to 2 pounds each day they are on the diet. And Chad is meeting the averages. he's really excited about it. It's fun for the first time in a long time for him to get on the scale each morning.
In the first few days of the very low calorie diet he tried to find/identify his weaknesses in relation to the diet. That way he'd know what he needed to fix so he could take advantage of the maximum weight loss opportunities. He didn't want anything holding him back from losing as much weight as possible. On Day 10 he tried something a little different at breakfast. He had coconut mango tea with a melba toast on the side. The melba toasts leave him feeling quite full. For lunch and dinner he ate HCG approved meals.
He's made it a habit to cook all his protein in the beginning of the week. Then he puts in bags and stores them in the fridge so he can just grab it and go. He does the same thing with the vegetables. Then he can just grab two bags and a piece of fruit and be off.

Chad has been able to avoid the "bad last minute decision" because he makes sure to have food ready and on hand when he needs it. That way there are no big mistakes, binges, exceptions, etc. He's pretty dedicated. He wants to see all that weight come off...all the way to reaching his ultimate weight loss goal.
