Lack of variety if the main concern for most HCG dieters. Easy often means that there is no question or confusion regarding exactly what is or is not allowed on the diet. This is often the case because the options are so severely limited that it would be hard to make an honest mistake. When a dieter makes an "exception" on the HCG diet...it's almost always a conscious choice to break the diet rather than an actual accident.
It would be pretty difficult for them to blame it on a lack of understanding of the protocol. It is to the point and direct and basic. Some might even say that it's easy; easy to understand, that is. But sticking to it is a different matter entirely.
Dieters that moan and groan about the lack of variety while sticking to the HCG diet plan could be asked one query, first and foremost. And that is, "What exactly are you eating?" This will sometimes reveal that a dieter has cut out approved foods. It could be because they don't like them, but sometimes it's simply because they are not accustomed to them. This is not a good move considering how limited the approved food list is...take advantage of every food listed...it's all you get.
The second thing that I ask dieters is if they are utilizing the spices that are approved while on the HCG diet. Nobody said that the food that you HCG dieters eat has to be tasteless. Spice your food up! There are many options. Look through the list of approved spices in the protocol and compare it to the list of approved foods. And then go to town spicing up your foods!

The recipe guide will provide recipes in full, but in addition to that...it can serve as a basis to build your own meal ideas on. If a spice is good on chicken in one recipe...it's probably going to be good on chicken in many instances.
