To get it he is using the HCG hormone weight loss diet. It provides quick weight loss AND drastic weight loss at the same time. The general weight loss numbers are fabulous. So anybody who is able to really stick to the rules will discover that they see noticeable weight loss by the conclusion of the plan. Chad is a believer. He's on Day 12 and he's been seeing the weight fall off each day.
It's Day 12 and it's AM so Chad just got on the scale. He sticks to the rules and uses clothing that is alike each AM so his weight doesn't get messed up. He weighs himself at the same time each AM, too. Right after he wakes up and goes to the bathroom he gets on the scale to get his weight for the day. Today he's at 227.5 pounds. He dropped a pound and a half and he's definitely excited about the drop. If you happened to be in his bathroom this AM you would probably heard him yell out, "I am sold! This weight loss stuff is fabulous!"
Today (on Day 12) Chad is trying to do a good job of keeping his food journal specifically. He is excited to be able to reference it later to identify eating patterns, etc. And he doesn't want to see any significant breaks in his journaling when it's all said and done.
Chad feels that the weight loss journal will probably be a vital element as he is trying to force his most recent, healthier eating habits into a way of life; it will definitely make it easier to remember just how vital it was to him as he remembers how hard it was to lose weight, his hard work and his weight loss.
Chad said, "I've been gaining weight slowly for years to get to this point. Now within just days I've dropped off a good amount of the extra that took so long to acquire. I'm impressed."
Many dieters have their "hardest" time during work hours when they feel that they aren't totally in control of what foods they are provided with or exposed to. But Chad doesn't find that work is his "hard" time. He seems to be able to eat HCG approved foods during his lunch break. He goes back to work feeling full and ready. One thing that the HCG hormone weight loss diet has made Chad realize is that he could survive on very little food if he needed to. He feels empowered by the knowledge of what he's done so far.
500 calories per day is next to nothing! A lot of dieters view it as an impossible request, but once they try it they are forced to see that it is possible. And that it works, of course. Chad will openly admit that being on the HCG hormone weight loss diet has made him realize that he could absolutely survive on little to no food for quite a while if he had to!
But even knowing that Chad is still looking forward to the day when he gets to start the maintenance phase of the HCG hormone weight loss diet. Why do you think that is? Do you think that it might be because the caloric limit jumps from 500 per day to 1500 per day? I think that might be it...and that's just fine. It's a good turning point to look forward to!
