When you make your own flowers you can have any type of wedding your heart desires. For a beach theme wedding orchids are a great flower. For the bridal bouquet consider a bouquet filled with orchids and white roses. For the reception centerpieces a plastic sand bucket (like a child would take to the beach) will make a perfect centerpiece holder. Fill the bottom of the buckets with sand about five inches worth this will secure your flowers stems and get the flowers from falling over. Set the centerpiece on the tables and surround them with seashells you can even paint the seashells to match your wedding color(s). Floating flower shaped candles are also an option. You can place a single flower on each guests napkin or if you will be using napkin holders simply wrap the flower stem around the napkin. Make sure you use a small portion of the stem and cover it with floral tape to prevent any pokes or cuts, the guests can then take the flowers home with them. A Hawaiian style wedding is very similar to a beach themed wedding. The only difference is you could present each female with a flower to place behind her ear the right ear means single and a flower behind the left ear means taken. Have the groomsmen or ushers present each female guest with the flower just before she is escorted down the aisle to her seat. The best paper flower to use is the hibiscus, of course you can use any flower you would like. For a casino themed wedding any flowers in the colors of red and white or red and black, or white and black will fit right in. While black may not seem like an attractive color for a wedding flower mixed with the white or red or both it is a perfect fit. A nice centerpiece is a chip dish (in the shape of a diamond, spade, heart or club) and you could fill it with stem less flowers. You can add a few cards along the outside and toss in a few poker chips (green ones) will look best as green is a casino color and without leaves on your flowers it will add the perfect touch of green.
