Here are three recipes for weight loss diet that allows you to cut a lot of carbohydrates, but still has an incredible meal the whole family can enjoy!

1 - Fish. This is one of the best recipes of the diet to lose weight. Any fish is good, its all good for you. Just do not go to Long John Silvers. Fish is full of protein and healthy fats, add some brown rice and steamed vegetables, and you damn well I have a meal!

2 - Salad. This is a great thing to eat when trying to lose weight because it is very filling, but low in calories. You can add anything, sprinkle sunflower seeds, add the cheddar cheese, croutons, sliced egg. Make it almost anyway you know best. You can not go wrong!

3 - Beef Crock Pot. Yes, you can still enjoy plenty of hot meat for dinner and be healthy! Burgers are best avoided if possible. A good recipe I like to use is to buy lean cuts of beef, add in some sort of broth, celery, onion and carrots and put in about 6 hours. If you are seriously counting carbs skip the potatoes, if not add them!
