As you change your eating habits remember to drink lots of water. You may accidentally mistake the feeling of thirst for being hungry, which can lead you to eat before you're actually hungry. When you start to feel like you're almost at a one, immediately go drink a glass of water and wait 10 minutes or so. If you're still hungry, then it's time to have a small meal. But if not, your body was just a little dehydrated and was asking for water.
