Has obesity become a problem for you? Have your friends started pointing out that you are getting fat? You are growing sideways and your clothes seem to get smaller every month. For that matter your clothes are same but you are growing bigger. If this is the situation then it is alarming. It is high time you must start planning to reduce weight and come back into shape.

1. Lemons can work wonders!

Make a routine for yourself. Wake up early in the morning and before you breakfast, squeeze a lemon into warm water and drink it. You may not like the sour taste but dont add sugar to it, instead, you may add a tea spoon of honey to make it sweet. Honey has the sweetness without calories. This is a regime my friend followed and managed to reduce weight without any side effects.

2. Exercise to lose weight

Start an exercise regime and follow it religiously. Simple stretching exercises in the initial stages would also help. Keep in mind not to over do any exercise. Working out is helpful but too much of it can be detrimental. Before you initiate an exercise regime its better to consult a physician so that you dont practice an exercise that is harmful for your body.

3. Walk to lose weight

Walk as much as possible. Park your car at a far end of the parking lot so that you get ample space to walk. Take the stairs instead of the elevator or the lift. Do some stretching exercises even when you are at your work place. Avoid sitting on your chair for hours.

4. Diets to lose weight

Starting a lose weight program doesnt mean that you have to crash diet. You just need to stop having junk food. Stay away from the pizzas and burgers but keep your stomach full. Dont let you body feel that you are starving it. Eat green vegetables, and other fibrous foods.

5. Healthy way to lose weight

Breakfast is very important and dont skip it at any cost. Have some cereals and milk or juice for your breakfast. It would be better if you include some fruits to your breakfast too. You may even go for some oatmeal instead of cornflakes. Results by oatmeal would make you happier. It is advisable to take a light supper.

6. Burn fat fast

Make a habit of eat smaller portions. You may increase the frequency of your meals. This helps in increasing the bodys metabolism rate and thus the calories get burnt faster. You lose weight fast!

7. Drink water

Drink plenty of water. It is advised that you must drink about 8-10 glasses of water per day. I suggest drink as much as you feel is sufficient to flush out the toxic substances from your body.

8. Avoid junk food

Avoid munching while watching television or working on your computer. If you still wish to eat something then go for fruits or vegetable salad. If you really wish to lose weight then stop eating those crunchy potato chips.

9. Lose weight every week

Dont try to lose the extra fat within a month to get into your old pair of jeans. Lose weight gradually; dont try to lose more than 1 pounds per week. You wish to be healthy and in that process you cannot fall sick.

10. Measure weight

Finally, dont keep measuring your abs with the inch tape or dont stand on the weighing machine every morning. Obviously, those measurements would give you the exact picture so take the measurements fortnightly.

Set simple and reachable goals for yourself. Dont schedule anything that you cannot achieve. Exercising for 5 days a week will serve your purpose. So you may even rest for 2 days. It would be a great add on to your program |if you are able to brisk walk for half and hour everyday. For your sigh of relief- you can have your favorite junk once in a while, may be once in a fortnight.
