subject: what your parents never told you about making money online [print this page]

Author: Greg Lawlor

In school growing up we were taught the lessons of working hard, putting in a hard day's work, that fast cash did not exist, that we had to roll up our sleeves and punch the clock. Making money was not a topic of many school lessons, or parent lessons as I recall. As I recall however, treating others as you would like to be treated was part of those lessons. We can apply those lessons to making money online simply by applying them to the information age. What we have in common is that we have learned to use the internet at a later age. We have learned that his platform can be an awful medium for distribution of content, but it can also be a great one. With that in mind, let's reveal the 5 secrets to making money online: 1. Understand that when it comes to making money online, via the internet, there are good teachers out there who have done so and willing to teach others. 2. Nothing is for free - there is no free lunch. Overnight sensations do not exist, however, short learning curve does. 3. Do Not be average - most people who need and can benefit from online money, and fast cash skills do not ever apply the lessons available to them. 4. Treat it like a business. Making money comes from serving others, and providing something of value. A business person understands that. A non-business person can learn this. 5. Invest in yourself, and your skills. It does not take much, but one little trick or tip applied well, can leverage all that is good online. We live in a terrific age. Where information can be learned and transferred to making money online, getting fast cash, slow cash, or simply.....well, you can figure out the rest.
