Customer service is much more important. Their availability to deliver your flowers on the day of the wedding is important too. I recommend using a local florist to deliver your flowers. See if the florist will decorate your sanctuary with flowers. They are going to know the best ways to decorate the chapel so it looks great. Identify exactly when the florist can deliver them, and I would also clearly identify with the florist what you want to do if bad weather wreaks havoc on your wedding day. Bad weather days are very common in the winter as a blizzard is always possible.
You need to decide on the color themes of your winter wedding. This is going to vary depending on the time of winter you get married.
