In short yes and not really.
Yes it is quite normal to lose weight consistently on a daily basis with HCG. The success rate in that regard is very high.
However there are two points that people will not hear about regularly. People still gain weight back after taking HCG. This is important to know. This negates the use of the HCG diet in the first place.
How do I know this? Because when people fill out my form as a new client I ask what else have they tried to do to lose weight and they say the HCG diet! But they gained the weight back.
The HCG diet is supposed to be a solution to permanent weight loss where it does not come back given reasonable diet and exercise. It was originally a solution to obesity.
This does not happen to everyone but it obviously does happen and that is too bad. These people start to think HCG does not work when it actually does. The problem is that people really do not know what causes weight gain in the first place. They still think t is caused by calories. And it is not.
By helping someone learn the correct reasons for their weight gain and reversing it, they often will lose the weight without HCG and if they need to lose more and nothing else is working, they then use HCG and lose the rest of it and then it stays off.
HCG affects the glands and gets them to work correctly. This is what makes it so powerful. Hormones are the most powerful weight loss force you have. If there is an imbalance that stops your glands from working then you will not be able to lose weight they way you should. HCG gets them to work when they were not working before.
This is where the clincher is, if the person does not know what factors in their food and environment will cause their glands to stop working correctly, they will go back to where they came from. They will start to gain weight again because the glands will stop the fat burning hormones from working.
