subject: Create Your Own Seasonal Wedding [print this page]

Most of the couples getting married know that they want a particular kind of wedding, but when it comes to putting it into practice they get stuck into the old, traditional and classic customs and traditions which seem to limit their imagination. No matter which settings, attires, type of invitations, or flowers are being chosen, weddings have a note of uniqueness reflecting the couple personality. Incorporating a theme into a wedding is not always a simple thing to do, as there are a couple of things - key factors - to be considered.

Some go for more traditional ones, suiting them to the season the wedding take place, others, being bolder when it comes to the moment of their life, go for more non-conformist wedding settings, decorations, attires, etc. It all depends on the imagination of the couple involved to set up a wonderful, unique and special theme wedding.

Winter weddings are more intimate ceremonies and reception celebrations, while large summer gatherings can create a fairy tale wedding which may require careful planning.

Some might complain that a winter wedding is lifeless, as there are no flowers to adorn the ballroom and so on. But if we use our imagination and decide to go for silver and white in order to convey an elegant look to your one lifetime event, then you can choose dusty miller or baby blue eucalyptus mixed with roses. White also symbolizes the color of purity and innocence and this make a perfect match with a wedding.

Typical romantic weddings are usually organized in spring or autumn. For these types of weddings you can lean toward red or pink hearts, soft, delicate flowers, candles and pearls, and, the most important thing, romantic music.

If you are a nature lover and value preserving the nature then, how about organizing an spring wedding? Since the entire nature came back to life, camping in the great outdoors can also be included in the ceremony of a spring wedding. Wildflowers and daisies can be tied in loose bunches to look as if you picked them up yourself just before. For the setting of such a wedding consider parks, nature preserves or botanical gardens.
