Through TAP, you can evaluate and assess the priorities and the jobs that are needed to be done in order to attain the goal for a certain product. Another method is through the use of the key performance indicators. These do not only assess the performance of the employees but also evaluates their skills, their knowledge, the resources and other issues that are needed to be checked so that the campaign will be a success. In order to align the goals and the indicators together, there is a need to draw the strategy map. This is another tool that is used by numerous organizations so that the people and the departments will work together to achieve a common goal.
You should be able to define the tasks that are essential in achieving the goal that you have laid out in your strategy map. The, you should prioritize those that are really vital for the accomplishment of the goals particularly the main objective of the company. Most businesses conduct a brainstorming session for the staff so that they can have a clear picture on how they can convert the plans into action. After the exercise, there should be a definition of the areas of focus which are derived from the values of the business. Implementing the actions in order to achieve the plan should also be one of the goals of the company.
