TheSuperficialTeen.com is written by Darian Demetri, a current teen model who keeps up with the latest news in Hollywood. He someday aspires to have his work included in a major teen magazine, such as PopStar Magazine.
The website has three main categories; The Focus (A feature on a particular celeb or topic), Top Ten (A list of celebrities for a certain topic), and The Scoop (The daily scoop on popular celebrities). The "Top Ten" and "The Focus" sections are very popular. New entries are usually made weekly. "The Scoop" is displayed on the homepage and it is the most read section of the website per day.
It also features polls and will soon allow people to post comments on their favorite articles. The website has been out since November of 2008 and is growing at a very fast rate among teenagers and celebrity fanatics.
