subject: How To Protect Your Rights Correctly: I Want To Be A Lawyer. [print this page]

Fame and risk are the main reasons for young legal practitioners to try their abilities as lawyers. It is not easy to become a lawyer. Only a person with higher legal education and with working experiences not less than two years can become a lawyer. But its not so easy you will have to pass an exam in order to receive certified license of lawyer. This exam is held in Chamber of Lawyers where you will have to take an oath.

After this you may turn to practice. Good lawyers have salary of thousands of dollars and lawyers with world-known name receive hundred thousand dollars per month. But for lawyers-beginners achieving such salaries is hard. First of all, you have to gain reputation.

Pros of the Profession

It is one of the most interesting legal professions;

Perspectives of career and salary growth have no limits;

You can choose the most suitable working from for you.

Cons of the Profession

You will have to protect both innocent people, and guilty. And this is a heavy matter for our mentality;

Lawyers can be sometimes oddly treated in governmental affairs;

Income is rather unstable.

Besides, it is rather hard to remember all these laws and to keep them in your head. You will have to deal with unpleasant events and you will be inclined in very disgusting and terrible acts, such as looking at corpse of victim in order to make sure that your client was unable to this, etc.

But nevertheless, profession of lawyer has one of the best reputations and if you want to be respected among your relatives, friends, school-mates, etc, you may choose this profession. Only try not to become advocates diabolic, protecting people who are really guilty and letting them free so that they would be able again to commit their evil deeds once again, deal?
