Holiday Weigth Control Dos and Do Nots

Dieters can construct a mental list of what they like and what they would like to try out at the first of the season. This way, when they see foods they recognize whether or not they planned to eat them. Persons who like a food most will recall the food and be consciously aware that they would like to eat it. This way, if they see another food that is not healthy or naturally beneficial for them, the person can choose not to eat it because they are waiting for the food that they recall which would likely taste better to the dieter if it is a preferred snack or meal. Remember, dieters are mortal and no one is perfect. Just because an individual makes an error does not mean that they should be penalized, particularly if a dieter is attempting to survive through the tough holiday season.
