One important thing I always look for when I'm booking a hotel to go on holiday is if it has a pool and where it is in location to things like the restaurants because you don't really want to always be calling for a taxi or having to walk one or two miles to get there and back you will be hungry again after walking all the way back to your hotel if its too far away.
Or if you are going away with friends and you would like to be close to the clubs you will also have to make certain that you find the right hotel for the right price preferably the cheapest if your intending on going out drinking you probably don't want far to walk to get back to your hotel.
So if you're considering going abroad this year then be sure you know where your hotel is in comparison to all the restaurants and night life if that's what you're going away for. Sometimes it's difficult to find a good hotel for the money and I know if you have kids that are a bit older they don't really want to be sharing a hotel room with their mum and dad you should try and find a hotel with 2 rooms because you don't want to have to pay for an extra room particularly if you only have to one child with you.
