Thoughts from a Beginner Trader

Here are my thoughts as a beginner trader. When you are up, it is good! When you are down, it is bad! That is my thoughts. For the past 8 months, I have been studying the market with the guidance of an excellent teacher. Now, I realize I am still a student, but I have had some great success with the market. I first got interested when I made $1200 off a $300 trade. Needless to say, it peeked my interest. So, I started asking tons of questions and watching more closely. I use to work for a stock broker and liked the market, but didn't understand it at the time and didn't really care. I thought you had to have a bunch of money to buy stock, but come to find out all you need is a little bit of money, time and patience. The most important thing I have learned is that you are not always going to be green on a trade, sometimes you will go red. When this happens, don't get frustrated because if you stay disciplined to your system you will be profitable. Someone once told me, you are in charge of your destiny and you better live it NOW. I am living mine !
